DISNEY ON ICE: 100 years of Magic!
Fourteen classic tales, thirty songs and over fifty unforgettable characters including Anna, Elsa and Olaf from Disney’s Frozen! This will all be included in one spectacular show!
The incredible performances will be hosted by Micky Mouse, who, as the main emcee, will open the great parade with 50 favorite Disney’s characters. Mini Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy and Disney princesses, such as Cinderella, Rapunzel, Ariel, Snow White and Tiana will show up on one ice rink. With Anna and Elsa we will visit Arendell, the winter wonderland from, Oscars® and BAFTA awarded, Frozen. The audience should be also happy to see Olaf and Kristof, Elsa’s two little helpers.
Fascinating adventures of Disney / Pixar characters from such productions as: Finding Nemo and Toy Story and Disney’s animated movies including the classic The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin can only guarantee that your children will love this performance.
Disney’s heritage presented in 14 classic and modern stories, a group of international, experienced skaters, energetic choreography and beautiful scenography will most definitely be a delight for the young viewers. 30 well-known and very enjoyable songs (Let it go, You’ve got a friend in me and Hakuna Matata…) will additionally help your family to live the great adventure and provide memories that will last for years.

1. Where can I purchase my ticket?

3. Are there any reduced-price tickets for children?
If your child is younger than 2 years old, you don’t need to purchase a ticket for them. Parents and guardians for children younger than 2 years old should have a document that allows to verify the child’s age.
Children under the age of 12 can only enter the venue with an adult guardian.
4. Is there a special section for the disabled visitors?
If our disabled visitor wants to watch the show with a guardian then both are asked to purchase tickets.

5. How long does one show last, are there any breaks planned?
Each show is divided into two parts, there is a 15-minutes break between them. The whole show lasts for about 120 minutes.
6. Can I enter the venue with my camera, is it possible to record the show?
You can have your own camera, although bringing tripods is forbidden. Pictures can be taken for private purposes only. While taking pictures, please don’t interrupt other visitors who want to focus on the show. No flash allowed, as its usage may be dangerous for the skaters.
There will be a deposit, 10 zł for each piece. The deposit will be obligatory for those visitors who, according to the security, want to enter the arena with forbidden objects.
7. Is there a cloakroom in the venue?
Yes, in ERGO ARENA there is a cloakroom (it costs 2zł for each piece of clothing).
We kindly inform our guests that the temperature in ERGO ARENA over the shows will stand at about 18 ˚C. Using the cloakroom isn’t therefore obligatory. Baby carriages can be left in the cloakroom. Due to the safety regulations, baby carriages cannot be brought to the platforms.
8. Is there a car park near the venue?
Yes – right in front of the venue there is a widely available car park for 700 cars and about 15 buses.
Parking costs 20 zł (cars) and 50 zł (buses).
9. Is there a place in the venue where I can purchase food/drinks?
There are Pub and Food Court right next to the main entrance (A1) as well as smaller food courts in the A1 and D3 areas.
10. Can I leave the venue during the show?
No, you cannot leave the venue during any of the performances.
