PGE Atom Trefl Sopot
PGE Atom Trefl Sopot is a sports part of Trefl Pomorze Society and plays their matches in the most modern hall in Poland – ERGO ARENA. Atomic Girls participates in games of Poland’s national league for fifth consecutive season. In addition, the team from Sopot represented its country in CEV European Champions League three times, each of them finishing at play-off round. In the past, PGE Atom Trefl Sopot won silver medal of Poland’s national league (2010/11) and two gold ones in a row (2011/12, 2012/13). In 2013/14, Atomic girls continued their medal streak, this time taking bronze in small-final of ORLEN Liga.
The club from Sopot has a huge marketing and promotional potential. Thanks to Trefl Pomorze Society, Atom’s players take a part in some various social actions as well as charity ones. Besides sport, the goal of the club is simple: they want to make sports activities and Volleyball much more popular with special mission to encourage people to spend their leisure time enjoying some physical activities.
