MALUMA – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

MALUMA will perform in ERGO ARENA on Thursday, June the 24th. The Latino superstar, known from his hits recorded with Shakira and Madonna, is coming to Poland for the first time. Here are your most frequently asked questions with answers regarding the show.

1. Where can I purchase a ticket?

The very last tickets are available here: https://www.eventim.pl

ERGO ARENA’s ticket office no. 4 will be open on the show day from 10am to 8pm.

2. I am a disabled wheelchair user. Where can I purchase my ticket? Do I get any discount?

Tickets for a special platform for wheelchair users are not on regular sale. In order to purchase a ticket for this section, please send a request at: niepelnosprawni@eventim.pl

3. At what time does the even start/finish?

8pm-10.30pm

4. At what time can I enter the venue?

Doors open at 6pm.

5. Can I bring my own camera?

Compact cameras allowed only, otherwise you will need a PHOTO accreditation.

6. Where and how can I receive a media accreditation?

7. Are there any age restrictions?

Yes, according to the rules of this event (http://plx.plateaux.pl) the underage participants (up to 16 y.o.) must bring a permission signed by the parents or legal guardians.

8. Is there a cloakroom/ a deposit box in ERGO ARENA?

Yes, the cloakroom in ERGO ARENA is optional, costs 3 PLN for a piece. Deposit boxes will be placed at entrances A1, B3 and D3, price for one item is 20 PLN.

9. Is there a car park nearby ERGO ARENA?

Yes – right in front of ERGO ARENA there is a widely available car park with place enough for about 700 cars and 15 buses. It costs 20 PLN to park a car and 50 PLN to park a bus on a concert day.

10. Gastronomy services:

Pub on level 1 (right next to the main entrance – A1), food-courts on levels 1, 3 and 5.

11. Answers for additional questions will be given from Monday to Friday and on the concert day:
