Cirque du Soleil: OVO – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

6 Cirque du Soleil: OVO shows will take place in the ERGO ARENA from the upcoming Thursday until Sunday. Check our answers for your most frequently asked questions (FAQ).

Doors open one hour before each show.

2. Where can I purchase the tickets for the show?

Tickets are on sale on-line, via www.alterartshow.pl and www.ebilet.pl as well as in ERGO ARENA’s ticket office, open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm.

3. How much are the tickets? 

The prices are dynamic, they change with the number of sold tickets. Buy your ticket earlier and pay less.

The prices of tickets for various performances and seats depend on the demand for each of the shows.

Ticket prices/categories:

PLATINUM from 310 PLN

GOLD from 250 PLN

SILVER from 190 PLN

BRONZE from 140 PLN

Reduced-price tickets for children: -20% for children from 2 up to 12 years old

In order to purchase a reduced-price ticket for the child, please prepare your child’s ID with a picture. Children under 2 y.o. have free entrance but no seat guaranteed. In this case also prepare the child’s ID. Children have to be seated right next to the parents and have to be taken care of during the show.

4. Are there any discounts for disabled wheelchair users?

There are special areas for disabled wheelchair users in sections 318 and 324. We remind that both: the wheelchair user and the guard have to possess tickets for the show. For more information and availability of such tickets please contact us at bilety@alterart.pl.

5. How long does one show take, are there any breaks planned?

The performance is divided into two acts, separated by a 20-minute break (each show lasts about 120 minutes in total).

6. Are there any restrictions regarding photography and filming?

Photography and filming (also with mobile phones) are not allowed during the shows. Please leave your camera in the deposit.

7. Is there a cloakroom in ERGO ARENA?

Yes, the cloakroom in ERGO ARENA is optional, costs 2 PLN for a piece.

8. Is there a car park nearby ERGO ARENA?

Yes – right in front of ERGO ARENA there is a widely available car park with place enough for about 700 cars and 15 buses. It costs 20 PLN to park a car and 50 PLN to park a bus on a concert day. CASH PAYMENT ONLY.

9. Gastronomy services:

There are: a pub and a food court at the A1 entrance, and smaller food courts at A1 and D3 areas.

10. Can I enter the venue with my own food/drinks?

Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks (plastic bottles and juice boxes < 500 ml) but remember to keep your seat clean.

11. Am I allowed to enter the arena once I left it?

No, once you leave the arena there is no possibility to get in once again, using the same ticket.
