1. Where can I purchase my ticket? 

 

On the following gamedays:

 

  • 16.01 ERGO ARENA’s ticket office no. 3 4pm-8:30pm
  • 18.01 ERGO ARENA’s ticket office no. 3 10am-8:30pm
  • 20.01 ERGO ARENA’s ticket office no. 3 10am-8:00pm

 

2. I am a disabled wheelchair user, where can I purchase my ticket and are there any discounts provided? 

 

Such tickets are not available on regular sale. For more information please contact us here:  ebilet@niepelnosprawni.pl A day-ticket for platform 318/324 costs 39 zł. The price includes a pass for the disabled visitor and their carer.

 

3. When does the event start/end?

 

16.01 at 6pm Hungary – Montenegro
16.01 at 8:15pm Denmark – Russia

 

18.01 at 6pm Russia – Hungary
18.01 at 8:15pm Montenegro – Denmark

4. At what time can I enter the venue? 

 

16.01 from 4:30pm

18.01 from 4:30pm

20.01 from 3:45pm

 

5. Can I enter the venue with my audio – video equipment? 

 

Only photo cameras without interchangeable parts can be used in the venue. Entering the venue with camcorders/filming in the venue is strictly forbidden.

 

6. Where and how do I sign up for the accreditation?

 

The deadline has already passed.

 

 

7. Are there any age restrictions?

 

Visitors under 18 enter the venue with an adult.

 

8. Is there a cloakroom in ERGO ARENA?

 

Yes, the cloakroom in ERGO ARENA is optional, costs 2zł for a piece.

 

9. Is there a car park nearby ERGO ARENA?

 

 Yes – right in front of ERGO ARENA there is widely available car park with place enough for about 700 cars and 15 buses. The entrance to the car park costs 20zł/ a car and 50 zł/ a bus. Tickets for parking can be purchased in advance:

 

 

10. Is there place in the venue where I can have something to eat/drink?

 

There is a Pub and a Food-Court right next to the main entrance (A1). There are also smaller Food-Courts on the 1st, 3rd and 5th floor.
