FAQ – FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship Poland 2014

Group C games of FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship Poland 2014 take place in ERGO ARENA from Monday, September the 1st to Sunday, September the 7th. Here are the most common questions that may appear during group stage hosted in ERGO ARENA:

 

1. Can I enter and leave the arena using the same ticket?

 

Yes, between the second and the third game of the Afternoon Session you can leave the arena and then enter it again, using the same ticket.

 

2. Are there any discounted tickets?

 

Prices for the tickets for the Morning Session range from 20zl to 60zl, for the Afternoon Session range from 30 zl to 90zl.

Tournament pass for all 15 games in ERGO ARENA costs 500zl.

There are no discounted tickets, no discounts for children.

All tickets can be purchased in ERGO ARENA’s ticket office.

3. I am handicapped and wheelchair user, where can I buy a ticket and do I get any discount?

 

Handicapped people who use wheelchairs and their guardians can purchase tickets after registration at niepelnosprawni@ticketpro.pl The number of seats is limited.

5. Can I enter the arena with food and drinks?

 

Entering the arena with food is prohibited. You can only have a 0,5 liter drink in a plastic, twist-off bottle.

 

6. Where to eat?

 

– our pub and food court on the 1st floor

– food stations on the 3rd and the 5th floors

 

7. What is the camera policy at the games?

 

Taking pictures is allowed but they can never be taken for commercial purposes. Also, bringing tripods is forbidden.

 

8. Are there any age restrictions?

 

No, everybody is allowed to enter the arena.

 

9. Is there a cloakroom in the arena?

 

Yes, cloakroom in ERGO ARENA is optional, costs 2 zl for a piece.

 

10. Is there a car park nearby the arena?

 

Yes, right in front of ERGO ARENA there is widely available car park with place enough for about 500 cars and 15 buses. Parking costs 10 zl for cars and 30 zl for buses.
