Here are the answers for your frequently asked questions (FAQ) regarding our 30 Seconds to Mars show:
1. Is it possible to enter and leave the venue using the same ticket?
No, once you enter the venue there is no possibility to leave it in order to enter again.
2. Are discount tickets available?
No, prices for the ground tickets range from 149 up to 239 zł and from 90 up to 699 zł for the platform tickets.
All children under the age of 7 can enter ERGO ARENA for the concert for free but there is no guarantee that they will have a separate seat. Teenagers under the age of 16 can enter ERGO ARENA for the concert only with an adult guardian. All children and teenagers are required to take their ID for the concert.
3. What includes the 699zł VIP ticket?
It includes catering, soft and alcohol beverages.
4. I am a disabled wheelchair user, where can I purchase my ticket and are there any discounts provided?
Tickets for the disabled wheelchair users cost 100 zł each + 100 zł as a ticket price for the guardian..

5. What time does the event start/finish at?
Doors open: 6.30pm
Support DJ: 7:15pm
Show starts: 8:30pm
Show ends: approximately 10:30pm
6. Gastronomy :
- pub and food-court (1st floor)
- smaller ford courts (3rd floor)
7. Are there any restrictions concerning photo cameras?
Only cameras without manual lens are allowed.
8. Are there any age restrictions?
No
9. Is there a cloakroom in ERGO ARENA?
Yes, the cloakroom in ERGO ARENA is optional, costs 2zł for a piece.
10. Is there a car park nearby ERGO ARENA?
Yes – right in front of ERGO ARENA there is widely available car park with place enough for about 700 cars and 15 buses.
